Life would be boring without sharing good food with great friends. Entertaining and spending time with the right people is a necessary factor in everyone’s life. As interdependent humans, we’re endowed with the need to depend and cooperate with each other, thus the reason why, we feel uplifted when we spend time with others and break bread, so-to-speak. Without it, life gets monotonous and dull pretty quickly!

Entertaining is one of my favorite pastimes. So, I make sure to entertain as often as I can to get my fix. The hubby and I recently entertained some fun friends, my mother-in-law and this is what I made! I believe we all rightly deserve a break. Take time to give your friends and family a break by Inviting them over for a meal. I kept things simple this time.

Here’s what I made.

Servings: 6

•1 Non-stick olive spray

•2 6 Salmon fillets

•3 Salt & pepper

•4 drizzle the salmons with a little olive oil

Preparation

1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat, spray with non-stick spray.

2. Put in salmons skin side down first {cook 3 minutes per sides depending on thickness}

In the meantime, make your favorite salad. I served it with one of my favorite homemade dressings.

Dressing: (measure according to your needs.)

Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Mustard

Salt and Pepper

Fresh Garlic

Honey

Shake it all up in a jar and set aside.

Toss your salad with the dressing and top it with the Salmon with a little drizzle of glazed balsamic vinegar.

YUM! Break more bread with those you cherish!
