The biggest event that’s already underway right now is New York Fashion Week.  These are 10 of my favorite picks that I imagine I would take IF  I were going to this week’s fashion week.

Just because I’m not there doesn’t mean that I can’t still enjoy it thanks to technology, I no longer have to wait for runway pictures posted online tonight and this week. We too can get in on some of the action right here while in the comfort of our homes/offices;)

What I’m seeing so far – color blocking is still going strong and some 60s styles which I’m loving. I love the style of that era – it reminds me of Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe…such a style to me exudes elegance, grace, and femininity, but not only that – don’t you agree seeing those ladies in bright colors made them all appear very happy and cheery, instead of gloomy?
