I understand and acknowledge that BeckaBella Inc. is solely a Lifestyle coaching service not licensed health professionals and has no healthcare training. I understand that Lifestyle Coaching is focused only on personal goal-oriented growth and not other personal and/or mental health issues.
I understand that my success participating in BeckaBella Inc. depends upon my commitment. I am ready, willing, and able to devote the time needed to complete and fulfill the suggested advice and plans. I agree to be responsive and cooperate in meeting the ongoing requirements of participation in BeckaBella Inc. in a timely manner.
In order to work with clients all over the United States and Canada, we communicate 100% via email, text message and facetime. Our initial jumpstart program is two weeks. Once you complete jumpstart, you can then continue with our monthly program. Most clients are on this coaching program for 1-2 months as they reach their goals and are comfortable and ready to move forward on their new own.
I understand and acknowledge that BeckaBella Inc. enforces a strict no-refund policy and requires full payment of the agreed fees for the coaching sessions regardless if you use the information or not. Also, if payments are not made on a timely basis, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater. This policy is in place to motivate and increase client dedication, including fairness and respect for other clients and all the work that goes into prepping for a coaching session. In limited and very rare cases, due to unforeseen extreme accidents, refunds may be provided for services not yet rendered. In such cases a two-week notice of a client’s withdrawal from the program and verification of the condition is required. Please note: A $65 dollar administration fee will be deducted from any refund provided.
I understand and hereby agree, that should I engage the Services of BeckaBella Inc. and its associates (hereinafter “the company”, I acknowledge and agree that I will be provided with information which is to be kept confidential. As such, I agree not to share, in any manner, the details and/or the plan that is created for my specific needs. The method, system and requirements comprise “confidential information” belonging to the company. Such information is the proprietary information of the company. and the means upon which the company can complete its obligations. Participant agrees to keep such information confidential. Sharing such information with any other party, in any manner, is detrimental to the company. Dissemination of confidential information to any other party who discloses the same is the responsibility of the Participant.
