{Cheerfully delighted by the citrus punch on my breakfast table currently}
Towards the end of last week it seems like my computer (and Instagram) sort of had a melt down. After sitting in front of the screen for what seemed to have been half a day of it not wanting to cooperate with me to upload the pictures for my grateful moments post, I had to move on with my life. One thing it helped me to appreciate is the fact that you cannot always control your circumstances. In real life, things do not always happen as fast as we wish. When that happens, it’s best to focus on the things that can be done and move on instead of getting frustrated and/or letting it ruin your day. Easier said than done, but possible with a little cognitive shifting. What are your plans this weekend? I’ll be hosting an intimate dinner at our place and will also be helping a friend plan an upcoming bridal shower brunch. It’s going to be a busy weekend around here.
