This fall season I have a strong desire for my go-to pieces to be ankle booties (specifically open toe booties – they add such a cool touch to any outfit) paired with pleated skirts, and/or with swing, lace,shirt, jersey mini dresses as an ode to my high school sophomore and senior years. I remember waking up all excited on those brisk fall mornings to wear newly acquired favorite pieces such as soft turtleneck swing dresses, which were the easiest and most comfortable pieces since they were just the right amount of cozy warmth without all the bulky heavy layers. The crisp fall air bristling against my face walking to the bus stop while softly kicking a few colorful leaves with the lace-up booties past the ankle bring back such fond memories. Aah, there are some moments you wish you could just encapsulate forever.
