Quarterly, the hubby has client meetings in Las Vegas which has been giving us an excuse and an opportunity to stay at different hotels on the strip and try different restaurants that we haven’t yet. This past Friday while hubby was hard at work, I spent a day of shopping and had lunch with a girlfriend; catching up on the latest going-ons in our lives.
After having a great day with my friend, the time came for me to head back to the Paris hotel to get a bit of beauty rest before I got ready for our date night dinner at the Eiffel tower restaurant which offered almost 180 degree views of the Las Vegas strip and hotels below. We had perfect seats for dinner (per hubby’s request) as we faced the Bellagio fountains that came on every 15 minutes. As much as we’re really not impressed by the bombastic displays of the strip or Las Vegas in general, the fountain show at the Bellagio is one of the attractions that I do like. Although I enjoyed my stay at the LV Paris hotel, I can’t wait to experience a true dinner date with the hubby under the romantic French sky in Paris, France soon. Having tasted a part of France (here) I know a date night in the real Paris would be one of the best romantic memories that we’d cherish in our lifetime!
